How to Register as a Driver

All drivers must register and use the Waybox app to receive and manage delivery jobs. Before you can register, you must be added to a fleet by a fleet manager. Once you've completed your registration and activated your status, you'll be able to receive delivery offers directly through the app.

Step 1: Contact Your Fleet

Before you can register, contact your fleet and let them know that you would like to join as a driver.

Once your fleet has added you to their system, you will receive an email inviting you to complete your registration.

Step 2: Download the Waybox Driver App

Download the Waybox app from your device's app store:

Step 3: Verify Your Mobile Number

  1. Open the Waybox app.

  2. Enter the mobile number you provided to your fleet.

  3. A verification (2FA) code will be sent to your mobile phone.

  4. Enter the verification code when prompted.

Step 4: Complete Your Registration

Complete the registration form by entering all the required information.

Once submitted, your driver account will be created.

Step 5: Enable Required Permissions

To ensure you can receive and complete delivery jobs, check that the following settings are enabled on your device:

  • Notifications – Enabled so you receive job alerts.

  • Location Services – Enabled, allowing the app to track your location while you're working.

  • Device Volume – Turn the volume up so you can hear incoming job notifications.

Step 6: Go Active

When you're ready to start working:

  1. Open the Waybox app.

  2. Change your driver status to ‘Active’.

You are now ready to receive delivery jobs from your fleet.
