The Redbox and Waybox integration allows orders and delivery jobs to stay automatically synced between both systems. This ensures that orders placed in Redbox are accurately converted into Waybox jobs and kept up to date throughout their lifecycle.
What the Integration Does
The integration connects Redbox Management and Waybox Management so they can securely communicate in real time. Once connected:

Redbox orders automatically create jobs in Waybox

Waybox job status updates are synced back to Redbox

Cancellations and changes are reflected across both systems
This removes the need for manual updates and helps fleets manage deliveries more efficiently.
Integration Setup
