Each fleet must create an API Key and Webhook between Waybox Management and Redbox Management. This setup allows the two systems to securely communicate with each other and keep orders and jobs automatically synced and up to date across both platforms.
Creating an API Key
How to add an API Key: Waybox Management → Fleets → API Keys
Select the ‘+ Generate API Key’ at the top right.

Name - Provide a name for the API Key .

API Key - Provide a key name.
Creating a Webhook
How to add a Webhook: Waybox Management → Fleets → Webhooks
Select the ‘+ Add Webhooks’ at the top right.

Name - Provide a name for the Webhook.

URL - Enter the URL for the API. For Redbox integrations, please enter ‘http://manage.test.redbox.systems/api’

For Job Status - Select the relevant Job Status’s. For Redbox integrations, please select ‘All’.

Save
Open the Webhook created above

For Redbox integrations, enable the ‘Redbox API’ toggle.

In the ‘Webhook Secret’ input, select the generate (arrows) button
